Deliver high quality Windows and desktop software application development Be an integral part of launch that provides for strategy to pilot, scale and ensure zero-downtime while releasing features . Work cross-functionally including product management, various product lines, experience design and business units to drive forward results . Being accountable to achieve exceptional results through - passion, team collaboration & quick learning and rapid implementation. . Individual contributor able to perform in agile environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES . Define and enforce best practices windows application development . Developing software solutions to meet module requirements . Creating and implementing source code of new applications . Testing source code and debugging the code. Develop and write unit and integration tests for implementation. . Evaluating existing applications and performing updates and modifications . Identify gaps and employs preventative measures to avoid reoccurrence of similar issues by automating all the process efficiently. . Participate in the set-up files package preparation and release of the application PROFILE REQUIREMENTS . BE Engineering Computer Science, BS/MS in computer science or equivalent work experience . 4-8 years\' experience designing and developing desktop solutions using C#, .Net and related technologies . Creating C#.NET windows (Desktop) applications to meet project specifications . Experience in WPF, WCF is a must . Familiarity with application architecture, product designing, and interaction of various stacks in a full stack development structure . Good understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms . Ability to grasp complex problems and understand code that is reusable in nature . Strong coding abilities, architecture, design, debugging, and performance/diagnostics measurement skills . Excellent communication skills . Should be a scrum agile practitioner . Expertise with unit testing & Test-Driven Development (TDD) . Web API experience is a plus
