We are looking for a highly skilled

CNC / VMC / VTL Setter and Programmer

with over

6 years of hands-on experience

in operating, setting, and programming CNC machines. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of machining processes, G-code programming, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate

CNC, VMC (Vertical Machining Centers), and VTL (Vertical Turning Lathes)

machines. Read and interpret

engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documents

. Create and optimize

CNC programs (G-code / CAM software)

for precision machining. Select and set up the correct tools, fixtures, and materials for each job. Perform

tool offset, work offset, and program adjustments

as needed. Monitor machining processes to ensure high quality and dimensional accuracy. Conduct

first piece inspection and in-process quality checks

using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, CMM, etc.). Troubleshoot machining and programming issues to minimize downtime. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines. Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet deadlines and product specifications. Maintain proper documentation of setups, tool life, and machining parameters.

Requirements:

Minimum

6 years of hands-on experience

in CNC, VMC, and/or VTL machine setting and programming. Proficiency in

G-code programming

; experience with

Fanuc, Siemens, or Mitsubishi controllers

is a plus. Ability to work with

CAD/CAM software

(e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360, or similar) preferred. Strong knowledge of

cutting tools, speeds & feeds

, and machining best practices. Familiarity with

ISO standards and quality inspection procedures

. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work in shifts and under production deadlines.

Education:

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Tool & Die / Production Engineering or relevant trade.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
