Key Responsibilities:

Machine Setup:

Prepare CNC/VMC machines for operation by installing and aligning fixtures, tools, and materials. Load and verify CNC programs as per production requirements.

Production Support:

Ensure machines are operating at optimal efficiency with minimal downtime. Monitor machine operations and adjust settings as needed to maintain product specifications.

Quality Assurance:

Perform first-piece inspection and in-process checks using measuring instruments like Vernier calipers, micrometers, and height gauges. Ensure components are produced as per quality standards and drawing specifications.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

Conduct routine maintenance checks on machines. Report any mechanical issues or abnormalities to the maintenance team.

Documentation & Compliance:

Maintain proper records of setup sheets, inspection reports, and job cards. Follow all safety and operational procedures on the shop floor.

Requirements:

Education:

ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or related field.

Experience:

1-5 years of experience in CNC/VMC machine setting.

Skills:

Hands-on experience in CNC/VMC setting and minor programming. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Familiarity with tools and gauges for inspection.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
