Key Responsibilities:

• Program and operate CNC/VMC machines for new part development and production.
• Develop and implement tooling and fixture solutions to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design and optimize new parts and processes.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC/VMC equipment.
• Ensure production runs smoothly by monitoring machine performance and making adjustments as needed.
• Maintain detailed documentation of programming processes and production results.

Requirements:

• Diploma or BE in Mechanical Engineering with 1 to 3 years of experience in CNC/VMC programming.
• Proven experience with VMC programming for part development, fixtures, and tooling.
• Strong understanding of machining processes and technical drawings.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve machine and programming issues.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
