Job Description

Material Handling:

Load and unload materials onto the machine, securing them properly for cutting or shaping.

Monitoring and Adjustment:

Observe the machine's operation, ensuring it's functioning correctly and producing parts according to specifications. Make adjustments to machine settings (speed, feed, etc.) as needed to maintain quality and efficiency.

Quality Control:

Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards, using measuring tools as needed.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

Perform routine maintenance on the router machine, such as cleaning and lubrication, and troubleshoot minor issues or malfunctions.

Safety Compliance:

Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Record Keeping:

Maintain production records, documenting output, defects, and any issues encountered.

Collaboration:

Work with other team members, such as supervisors, setup technicians, or maintenance personnel, to ensure smooth production and address any problems.
