Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and set up

VMC and HMC CNC machines

as per job requirements. Read and interpret

engineering drawings, tool paths, and programs

. Load and unload workpieces, tools, and fixtures. Ensure proper

tool selection, offset setting, and part measurement

using gauges and instruments. Monitor machining operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain accuracy and finish. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines. Record production data and maintain job documentation. Report any deviations, tool wear, or machine issues to the supervisor. Follow all

safety and quality standards

in the workplace.

equirements:

Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or related field. Experience: 2-5years as a VMC/HMC Operator Ability to read

mechanical drawings

and use measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height gauge). Basic understanding of

CNC programming and tool paths

. Good attention to detail and teamwork skills.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
