CNC - VTL / TC Operator

SSLC, HSC, ITI, Diploma, or Any Degree

Experience:

Experience operating

FANUC-controlled machines/ Turning operator/VTL setter

Key Responsibilities

Operate CNC

Vertical Turning Lathe (VTL)

and

CNC Turning (CT)

machines with

FANUC controls

. Perform machine setup including tool installation, zero setting, and job loading. Interpret engineering drawings, CNC programs, and work instructions. Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to offsets and tool parameters. Inspect finished components using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc. Ensure parts meet required tolerances and quality standards. Conduct routine cleaning, tool changes, and basic preventive maintenance on machines. Identify machining issues such as tool wear, dimensional errors, and surface finish problems. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area. Work collaboratively with supervisors, programmers, and quality teams.

Shift Time: Day(8.00AM TO 4.30PM SHIFT) & Night(7.00PM TO 3.30AM SHIFT)

Working Hours: 8hrs-Shift + 2.5 hrs (OT)
