About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate CNC VMC Trainer to join our Technical Training Centre in Jamnagar. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CNC machine operations and programming, along with strong expertise in Siemens and Fanuc controllers. Educational Qualifications:

ITI (Fitter/Turner/Machinist)

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

B.E. in Mechanical Engineering

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in CNC VMC machine operation and programming.

Technical Skills:

Proven knowledge and experience with Siemens and Fanuc controllers.
Good understanding of CNC tools, equipment, and machine maintenance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions on CNC VMC operations and programming.
Develop training modules, lesson plans, and practical exercises tailored to student needs.
Train students on setting up machines, selecting appropriate tools, and understanding G-code and M-code programming.
Ensure students' understanding of safety procedures, machine maintenance, and quality standards.
Assess student performance through practical evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain CNC machines and training equipment in proper working condition.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in CNC machining and integrate them into the curriculum.
Support students in achieving certifications and job placements post-training.
Collaborate with the management team to continuously improve the training program.
