Duties and Responsibilities

Sets up machines and equipment, programs machines and makes any modifications Requisition tooling & raw material required to meet production goals. Interprets specifications, Layout drawings, and job orders to workers, and assigns duties. Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules. Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product. Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of shop, department, or work crew. Analyzes and resolves work problems or assists workers in solving work problems. Performs activities of workers supervised, this a "hands on position"
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

In their daily activities this person will direct up to 30 employees in the CNC & VMC Department. Responsibilities include interviewing, training employee, planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, addressing complaints and resolving problems, always leading.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,500.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Experience:

CNC programming: 2 years (Preferred)
