- Supervise CNC operators & ensure process adherence
- Optimize machine utilization & meet production targets
- Maintain quality standards & troubleshoot issues
- Coordinate with teams for smooth workflow
- Implement process improvements & reduce downtime
- 3-5 years CNC VMC experience with aluminum parts
- Strong technical expertise & leadership skills
