VMC SETTER CUM OPERATOR

Roles to handle:

u Operate and monitor VMC machines to produce metal parts according to specifications.

u Load and unload materials onto the machines.

u Set up and adjust machine tools as necessary.

u Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on machines.

u Ensure the production process runs smoothly and efficiently.

u Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.

u Maintain a clean and organized work area.

u Adhere to safety and quality standards.

u Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints.

u Good understanding of machining techniques.

u Strong attention to detail and precision.

u Mechanical aptitude.

u Problem-solving skills.

u Managing production for a shift, including daily output and performance.

u Responsible for handling Manpower in a shift.

u Responsible for Daily production output in respective shift plan Vs Actual.

Educational Qualification:

Diploma / B.E / Any Degree

Skillset:

u Operating, Setting & Basic Programming (VMC Setter).

u Quality instruments Handling.

u Handling of precision tools.

Salary Range: 20,000 to 35,000

(Minimum to maximum)

Job Location/ Landmark: Ondipudur Iugur Road, Ittery Thottam Street, Ondipudur, Coimbatore - 641016.
