Orthotech India Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its manufacturing team and inviting Experienced CNC & VMC Professionals to join us at Valsad, Gujarat.

Educational Qualification:

Diploma / BE /

B.Tech

in Mechanical Engineering or related field ITI (Machinist / Turner) with strong programming experience may also be considered
Technical Skills & Requirements:

Hands-on experience in CNC & VMC programming
(Fanuc / Siemens / Haas / Mitsubishi controllers)

Strong knowledge of G-codes & M-codes Experience in 2D & 3D programming Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (SolidCAM, CamWorks) Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Knowledge of GD&T, tool selection, offsets, and cutting parameters Fixture design & setup experience Knowledge of materials: SS, Titanium, Aluminum, Alloy Steel, medical-grade materials Cycle time reduction & productivity improvement Surface finish & tolerance control

Machine Handling Experience:

CNC Turning Centers VMC (3-axis / 4-axis / 5-axis - preferred) Live tooling

Quality & Process Knowledge:

First Article Inspection (FAI) Process capability improvement Root cause analysis for machining defects Awareness of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 / ISO 13485
(Medical device industry experience preferred)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and optimize CNC/VMC programs Machine setup and prove-out of new programs Coordinate with production and quality teams Ensure compliance with drawings and quality standards Maintain program documentation and revision control Support continuous improvement initiatives
