Job title - VMC/CNC Programmer

Educational qualification - Diploma (Mech, Auto) / ITI (Any degree) / BE

Experience - 3+ years experience

Job location - Mel Ayanambakkam, Chennai

Roles and Resposbilites

Write and optimize CNC &VMC programs

Knowledge on Fanuc Controller

Prove-out the FA in CNC Machines.

Knowledge on GD&T.

Experience in Tool selection and Special tool design.

Knowledge on Cutting tools.

Knowledge on standard clamping Elements.

Knowledge on CNC Milling & Turning machines.

Knowledge on PPAP( PFMEA,CP & PFD etc).

Rout cause analysis & Corrective action.

Continual improvement.

AS9100 awareness.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
