Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC VMC Operator to join our production team. The candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC and Vertical Machining Centers, ensuring high-precision and consistent quality of machined parts.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC VMC machines as per job instructions and drawings. Perform tool changes, offsets, and fixture setups following process sheets. Read and interpret engineering drawings and 3D models. Conduct routine checks on machine performance and tooling conditions. Maintain dimensional accuracy using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments. Monitor production quality, perform basic preventive maintenance, and assist in process improvements. Maintain production logs and ensure workplace safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications:

ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or Machinist trade. Minimum 2 years of experience in CNC or VMC machine operation. Sound knowledge of G-code, machining parameters, and tool offsets. Experience with FANUC, Siemens, or Mitsubishi control systems preferred. Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines.

Salary:

Based on experience and skills (competitive industry rates).

Schedule:

Day shift or rotational shifts (as required).

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
