We are looking for a skilled

VMC/CNC Operator

to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in operating and setting up CNC/VMC machines to produce precision components as per engineering drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and set up

VMC/CNC machines

efficiently. Interpret

engineering drawings and blueprints

to determine machining requirements. Select and install correct

tooling and fixtures

for the job. Monitor machine operations and ensure

quality control

throughout production. Adjust machine settings and

troubleshoot

issues as needed. Perform

routine maintenance

on machines. Maintain a

clean and organized

work environment.

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum

1-3 years

as a CNC/VMC Operator.

Technical Knowledge:

Ability to read

technical drawings

and use measuring instruments.

Education:

Diploma/ITI in

Mechanical Engineering, Machining, or a related field

.

Skills:

Basic programming knowledge (Fanuc, Siemens, or Haas controllers preferred).

Attention to Detail:

Strong focus on precision and quality.
