Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled

CNC Operator

with hands-on experience in CNC Milling and Turning operations. The ideal candidate should be able to set up machines, read technical drawings, inspect components, and maintain quality standards during production.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate CNC

Milling and Turning

machines as per production requirements Set up machines, tools, and fixtures before starting operations Read and interpret

engineering drawings, tool paths, and work instructions

Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments (

Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge

) Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments Maintain production reports, job cards, and quality documentation Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure safety compliance Coordinate with production and quality teams for smooth workflow

Required Skills & Qualifications:

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Fitter, Machinist, or related field 1-3 years experience in

CNC Milling or Turning

operation Ability to read engineering drawings Knowledge of cutting tools and machining parameters Basic understanding of quality inspection tools Ability to work in shifts
