As part of our mission to enhance agricultural efficiency and sustainability, you will play a crucial role in manufacturing high-quality components for our cutting-edge agricultural technology.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce precise components according to engineering specifications related to precision agriculture technologies.

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine setup requirements and machining processes.

Monitor machine operations to ensure optimal performance, making adjustments as necessary to maintain high-quality output.

Conduct quality checks on finished products using precision measuring instruments to ensure compliance with specifications and tolerances.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols and company policies.

Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise to minimize downtime.

Collaborate with engineers and team members to improve manufacturing processes and product quality.

Qualifications:

- 1-3 years of experience as a CNC Milling Operator or in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment related to agriculture or technology.

- Proficiency in operating CNC milling machines and familiarity with G-code programming.

- Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and materials relevant to precision agriculture applications.

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of safety standards and practices in a manufacturing setting.
