Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and responsible VMC (Vertical Machining Center) Operator to set up, operate, and maintain CNC/VMC machines to produce high-quality precision components. The role requires knowledge of machining processes, interpreting technical drawings, and ensuring adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and set up VMC machines as per job requirements.

Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job orders.

Select, load, and set tools, fixtures, and materials accurately.

Monitor machine operations to ensure precision, efficiency, and product quality.

Inspect finished components using measuring instruments (e.g., Vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge).

Perform regular machine maintenance and keep the work area clean and safe.

Identify machining errors, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary adjustments.

Work closely with the production and quality teams to meet daily targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?17,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
