Job Title:

CNC VMC Operator & Setter

Job Summary:

The CNC VMC Operator & Setter is responsible for setting up and operating Vertical Machining Center (VMC) machines to produce precision components as per engineering drawings, quality standards, and production requirements.

Key Responsibilities:Machine Setup (Setter):

Set up CNC VMC machines for new and repeat jobs Select, install, and align cutting tools, fixtures, and workpieces Set work offsets, tool offsets, and machine parameters Perform trial runs and make necessary corrections

Machine Operation (Operator):

Operate CNC VMC machines during production Maintain machine cleanliness and perform routine maintenance Follow safety procedures and quality guidelines Maintain production records and logs

Skills & Qualifications:

10th/ 12th/ITI/ Diploma / BE or any degree

Experience:

0-7 years of experience as CNC VMC Operator / Setter

Working Conditions:

Shop-floor manufacturing environment Rotational shifts may be required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
