VMC machine operator

Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a VMC Machine Operator. The VMC Machine Operator will be responsible for operating vertical machining centers, setting up and programming machines, performing routine maintenance, ensuring machine uptime, and monitoring the production process. Additional responsibilities include inspecting finished products for quality assurance and adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications:

Must be having 2+ years of Experience in operating and programming vertical machining centers (VMC) and toolroom

Skills in routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machines

Ability to inspect finished products for quality assurance

Understanding of safety protocols and adherence to them

Strong attention to detail and precision

Good communication and teamwork skills needed

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Prior experience in a manufacturing setting, particularly in die casting, is advantageous

12th pass/Technical certification or relevant vocational training in machining or a related field
