Job Title:

CNC & VMC Machine Setter

Job Summary:

The CNC & VMC Machine Setter is responsible for setting up CNC and Vertical Machining Center (VMC) machines, ensuring correct tooling, fixtures, offsets, and parameters to achieve accurate and efficient production as per engineering drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up CNC and VMC machines for production runs Select, install, and align cutting tools, fixtures, and workpieces Set work offsets, tool offsets, and machine parameters Read and interpret engineering drawings and process sheets Perform trial runs and make necessary adjustments Support CNC operators during production Monitor machining processes and ensure dimensional accuracy Reduce cycle time and improve productivity Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards Maintain machine cleanliness and basic preventive maintenance

Skills & Qualifications:

10th/ 12th/ITI/ Diploma / BE or any degree Strong knowledge of CNC & VMC machine setup Understanding of cutting tools, fixtures, and machining parameters Ability to read technical drawings

Experience:

1-8 years of experience as CNC / VMC Machine Setter

Working Conditions:

Shop-floor manufacturing environment Rotational shifts may be required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
