Operate and set up CNC &VMC machines.
Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job orders to determine machining requirements.
Select and install proper tools, jigs, and fixtures for machining operations.
Perform machine setups, including loading/unloading of raw materials and components.
Make necessary offset and tool adjustments to ensure parts meet specified tolerances.
Inspect finished components using measuring instruments (Vernier, micrometer, height gauge, etc.).
Maintain daily production records and report deviations or machine issues to supervisors.
Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of the machine.
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Collaborate with the quality and engineering teams for continuous improvement.
