: CNC VMC HMC VTL Operator/Setter/Programmer

Location : Coimbatore

Experience : Minimum 2 to 10 years

Skill : CNC,VMC,HMC,VTL,VTM Operating/Setting/ Programming( candidate have munt knowledge in any one of these )

Salary: Based on Experience and skills(Upto 40k)

We are seeking an experienced CNC VMC HMC VTL Operator, Setter, Programmer to join our precision machining team. The ideal candidate will have 2-10 years of hands-on experience in setting and operating CNC Vertical Machining Centers (VMCs), with strong knowledge of tooling, fixtures, and machining processes

Key Responsibilities

- Set up and operate CNC VMC machines according to production requirements.

- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job orders to determine machining requirements.

- Select, install, and adjust tools, fixtures, and machine attachments.

- Perform first-off inspection and ensure dimensional accuracy using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, CMM, etc.)

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of CNC programming basics (Fanuc/Siemens/other controllers).

- Expertise in tooling selection and fixture setup.

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,862.04 - ₹50,389.51 per month
