ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
3 to 5 years of experience in CNC turning setup and operations.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and GD&T.
Familiarity with Fanuc, Siemens, or similar CNC controls.
Knowledge of cutting tools, insert grades, and machining strategies.
Basic understanding of SPC, 5S, and lean manufacturing principles.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
