Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC Turning machines independently.
Program and adjust controls using Siemens and Fanuc systems.
Read and interpret technical drawings and geometric tolerances.
Inspect finished components to ensure they meet strict quality specifications.
Troubleshoot machine issues and perform routine maintenance.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a CNC Setter/Operator.
Strong proficiency in Siemens and Fanuc controls (Hands-on experience required).
Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, etc.).
