Operate VMC and CNC turning machines as per production requirements
Load and unload components safely
Set tools, fixtures, and offsets as per drawings and setup instructions
Run approved CNC programs and make minor offset adjustments
Inspect components using basic measuring instruments
Ensure parts meet quality and tolerance requirements
Maintain daily production and quality records
Follow safety rules, SOPs, and 5S practices
Perform basic machine checks (coolant, lubrication, cleanliness)
Report machine issues, tool breakage, or quality problems to supervisor
