We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented

CNC turning Operator cum Programmer

to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality precision components. The candidate should be proficient in G-code and CAM software, with strong technical knowledge and attention to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD designs. Program CNC machines (lathes, milling, or multi-axis machines) using G-code and/or CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360). Set up machines with proper tooling, fixturing, and materials for production runs. Operate CNC machines to produce components as per design specifications. Make program adjustments and fine-tune machine settings as needed. Inspect finished parts using precision measurement tools to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy. Perform routine machine maintenance and report any mechanical issues. Maintain production logs and quality inspection records. Ensure compliance with workplace safety, operational procedures, and quality standards. Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to improve machining processes and reduce cycle times.
Required Qualifications & Skills:

12th/ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Tool & Die / Production Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 2-5 years of hands-on experience in CNC programming and operation. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints. Solid understanding of G-code, M-code, and CAM software (Mastercam, Fusion 360, etc.). Experience operating CNC turning and/or milling machines. Skilled in using measuring tools: vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to precision. Knowledge of different metals and machining parameters (feed rate, speed, tool selection). Good communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹192,000.00 - ₹276,000.00 per year
