Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC turning machines based on technical drawings, work orders, and production schedules.
Load raw materials, fixtures, and tools onto machines, and input or adjust CNC programs as needed.
Monitor machine operations, ensuring components meet specifications for dimensions, tolerances, and surface finishes.
Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience as a CNC Turning Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering specifications.
Hands-on experience with CNC lathes, tooling, fixtures, and offsets.
Strong knowledge of machining processes, materials, and cutting tools.
