Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and maintain CNC turning machines. Interpret technical drawings and specifications to produce precision components. Conduct initial tests and adjust machines accordingly. Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions or production issues. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Adhere to safety protocols and company policies. Ensure that all finished products meet quality standards and specifications.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred. Proven experience as a CNC Turning Operator. Familiarity with CNC programming and machining processes. Strong understanding of technical drawings and specifications. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving materials.
