)

Location - Rajkot , Guj.

Job description

:

Operate CNC turning machines (Model 120 or similar)

to produce precision components.

Interpret and follow technical drawings, blueprints, and job instructions.

Set up tools, fixtures, and workpieces accurately for production.

Monitor machining processes and make real-time adjustments to maintain quality.

Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

Load and unload workpieces in the CNC turning machine.

Perform machine setup including tool changes, offsets, and parameter input.

Run trial pieces and inspect to verify correctness before production.

Perform in-process inspection using measuring instruments.

Document inspection results and report non-conformities.

Ensure parts meet dimensional and surface finish requirements.
