Operate CNC Turning Centers equipped with Siemens control systems.
Perform CNC programming using
G-codes / M-codes
on Siemens controllers.
Set up machines, tools, fixtures, and workpieces before production.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T symbols, and process sheets.
Conduct first-piece inspection and in-process quality checks using measuring instruments.
Optimize machining cycles to improve productivity and reduce cycle time.
Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments during production.
Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and program-related issues.
Ensure adherence to safety procedures and workplace discipline.
Maintain machine cleanliness and perform basic preventive maintenance.
Record production data and report deviations to the supervisor.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Production teams.
