You will be working on a

Jobber XL CNC Turning Center

with the following specifications:

Chuck Diameter:

200 mm

Maximum Job Holding Capacity:

180 mm

Maximum Turning Length:

250 mm

Holding Outer Diameter:

200 mm

Indexing Tool:

8-Station Turret

Key Responsibilities

Independently

program, set up, and operate CNC turning centers

Handle

job-based production

with frequent changeovers (no mass production) Read and interpret

engineering drawings and specifications

Select tools, offsets, and cutting parameters for different materials Ensure

high precision, dimensional accuracy, and surface finish

Inspect components using measuring instruments Troubleshoot machining and programming issues Meet

production targets and delivery deadlines

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a

CNC Turning Center Operator / Programmer

Hands-on experience with

job work and custom components

Strong knowledge of

G-code programming

Experience working with various materials and machining techniques Ability to work

independently with minimal supervision

Good problem-solving and attention to detail Commitment to quality and safety standards
