Job Title: CNC Turner Operator & Programmer

Adsar Company is hiring an experienced CNC Turner Operator & Programmer for our hydraulics manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in CNC turning operations and programming, with a strong understanding of hydraulic components manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and program CNC turning machines for hydraulic components.

Set up machines, tools, and fixtures as per job requirements.

Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

Perform CNC programming (Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi - preferred).

Ensure dimensional accuracy and quality standards are met.

Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments.

Conduct routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting.

Maintain production records and follow safety guidelines.

Coordinate with the production and quality teams.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

Strong knowledge of CNC turning operations and programming.

Experience in hydraulics components manufacturing.

Proficiency in G-code and M-code.

Knowledge of measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge).

Understanding of tolerances, fits, and surface finishes.

Ability to work independently and meet production targets.

Salary:

Negotiable (Based on experience and skill level)

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
