We are seeking a skilled CNC Turn Mill Operator to join our team at our client place based at Gurgaon. As a CNC Turn Mill Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality parts.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Set up CNC machines and inspect workpieces to ensure they meet specifications
- Operate CNC machines to perform turning, milling, and drilling operations
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with CNC machines
- Perform routine maintenance of CNC machines
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Adhere to production schedules and meet deadlines
- Collaborate with team members to optimize machine performance and efficiency
- Proven experience as a CNC Turn Mill Operator
- Strong knowledge of CNC programming and tooling
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Adherence to safety protocols
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
