Experience Required - 3-5 Year

Location: - Greater Noida, U.P.

Education:- B.tech /Diploma

Key Skills:- CNC Operation, Fixture and Jig Setup, Tool Setup & Calibration

#Job description:-

1. Operate and monitor CNC milling, turning, and multi-axis machines

2. Programmed based on G-code or CAM-generated tool paths.

3. Set up fixtures, jigs, and tools for batch production runs

4. Make adjustments to CNC programs and suggest process improvements to CNC programmers

5. Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance on machines to ensure smooth operation and longevity.

6. Follow SOPs, work instructions, and document.

7. Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment following 5S principles

Must have knowledge about:-

1. Should be Punctual Dedicated and Quick learner.

2. Good Communication Skill.

3. Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities

4. Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
