Responsibilities:

Generate CNC & VMC programmes for all machines

Educate operators on any queries

Must have fluency in Master CAM Software

Ensure proper cleanliness and maintain the CNC & VMC shop floor.

Planning scheduled maintenance for all machines

Responsible for all the manpower in the CNC & VMC Department, which includes the complete hiring process

Maintaining the quality of machined parts as per the drawing

Identifying opportunities to optimize machining processes, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency

Maintaining accurate records of production metrics, machine maintenance, and employee performance

Responsible for maintaining tools, inserts, cutters record in the shop floor

Developing fixtures to optimize the machining process and reduce cycle time

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,500.00 - ₹30,500.00 per month
