Supervise day-to-day CNC machine operations (Turning / VMC / HMC as applicable)
Manage machine operators and ensure smooth production flow
Monitor production targets, output, and cycle time
Ensure quality standards as per drawings and specifications
Coordinate with PPC, Quality, and Maintenance teams
Reduce rejection, breakdowns, and downtime
Maintain shop-floor discipline, safety, and 5S
Handle shift planning and manpower allocation
Qualification
Diploma / ITI in Mechanical or related field
Experience
Minimum
3-6 years
experience in CNC production supervision
Experience in
Machining / Forging industry is mandatory
Skills Required
Strong knowledge of CNC machines and production processes
Ability to lead and control shop-floor manpower
Understanding of drawings, tools, and gauges
Basic knowledge of production planning and reporting

As per production requirement (Day / Rotational shift)
