Job Overview:

The Production and Quality Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily production activities and ensuring that all products meet quality standards. This role requires supervising a team of production staff, coordinating workflow, implementing quality control procedures, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. The supervisor will also work closely with other departments to meet production goals and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

CNC Setter/Programmer:

Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily production activities to ensure that production targets are met. Supervise and manage CNC production to ensure efficient use of resources (materials, labor, and equipment) to minimize downtime and reduce waste. Monitor CNC production processes and adjust schedules as needed to meet demand. Carry out periodic maintenance and preventive maintenance.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance production efficiency Reduce cycle time when and where ever possible.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
