Job Description

Required CNC Setter/ Programmer

Key Responsibilities:

Interpreting blueprints and technical drawings:

Understanding design specifications and translating them into CNC programs.

Developing CNC programs:

Writing code that directs the CNC machine to cut, shape, and create parts. Having a knowledge of Multi axis programming & Experience will be preferred first.

Setting up CNC machines:

Installing tools, adjusting machine parameters, and preparing the machine for operation.

Ensuring quality control:

Performing test runs, inspecting parts, and making adjustments to meet specifications.

Troubleshooting:

Identifying and resolving issues with machine operation or programming.

Maintaining equipment:

Performing routine maintenance and repairs on CNC machines.

Optimizing machining processes:

Improving efficiency and reducing waste in production.

Collaboration:

Working with other machinists, engineers, and production personnel.

Continuous learning:

Staying up-to-date with new technologies and software
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
