CNC Setter-cum-Operator - Tool Room

Responsibilities:

Set up CNC machines with correct tools, offsets, and programs. Interpret 2D/3D drawings and ensure parts match specifications. Perform trial runs, make fine adjustments, and ensure first-piece approval. Operate machines to produce components with high accuracy. Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Maintain tools, fixtures, and machine cleanliness. Troubleshoot machining issues and support tool room activities.

Requirements:

Diploma / ITI / BE Mechanical. Strong knowledge of CNC programming basics, tool offsets, and machining processes. Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring instruments. Experience in tool room preferred.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
