We are looking for a skilled and responsible

CNC Setter / Operator

to join our production team. The candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision components as per engineering drawings and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Set up CNC machines (VMC / HMC / Turning) with proper tools, fixtures, and job programs. Operate machines and monitor machining parameters to achieve desired quality. Interpret engineering drawings and job instructions accurately. Inspect machined parts using Vernier, Micrometer, and other measuring instruments. Maintain tool offsets, correct deviations, and ensure dimensional accuracy. Record production details and inspection results in job sheets. Follow safety rules, 5S, and maintain a clean working environment. Report tool breakage, quality issues, or machine abnormalities to the supervisor.

Requirements

3 to 10 years experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
