Spotface Industries Private Limited is a precision engineering and component manufacturing company based in Coimbatore.e are seeking a skilled and experienced

CNC Setter Cum Operator

to set up, program, and operate CNC machines for precision component manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in machining processes, tool selection, and quality inspection.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC Turning / Milling machines as per job requirements. Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job instructions. Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and cutting parameters for efficient machining. Load programs and perform basic edits on CNC controllers (Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi, etc.). Inspect finished parts using micrometers, vernier calipers, gauges, and other measuring instruments. Ensure dimensional accuracy and maintain production quality standards. Perform routine maintenance and ensure proper machine care. Maintain production records and report any deviations or issues to the supervisor. Follow all safety, 5S, and quality procedures on the shop floor.

Required Qualifications & Skills

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Tool & Die Making. Minimum

2-5 years

of experience as a CNC Setter or Operator in a precision machining environment. Sound knowledge of CNC machine operation, tool offsets, and process parameters. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and quality standards. Experience with

Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi

control systems preferred. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and teamwork.

Rotational / Day & Night (as per production requirement)

Salary: As per industry standards and experience. Benefits: PF, ESI, and performance incentives.
