Set up parts on CNC machines as per job card and instructions
Follow specified tooling, setup, and machining parameters
Operate CNC machines as per defined sequence and quality standards
Conduct basic visual and dimensional checks during machining
Submit first piece for QC inspection before starting bulk machining
Report any abnormalities or machine issues to Shop Floor In-charge or Maintenance team
Maintain workstation cleanliness and follow all safety guidelines
Make Changes As Per The Instruction Of The QC Supervisor
Training Of The Worker
Should Have Knowledge Of Setting The Part On Both Linear And Turret Machine
Should Have Knowledge About Simens Controller
