Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate
CNC Turning (Lathe) machines
Read and interpret
engineering drawings and work instructions
Perform
tool setting, offset setting, and job setting
Monitor machining operations to ensure
dimensional accuracy
Conduct
in-process inspection
using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, etc.)
Identify and rectify minor machining issues
Maintain proper documentation and production records
Follow
safety and quality standards
Coordinate with supervisors and quality team to meet production targets
Requirements:
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant qualification
Minimum
1+ year experience
as CNC Turning Operator / Setter
Knowledge of
Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi controls
(preferred)
Basic understanding of cutting tools, inserts, and machining parameters
