Skills Required:

Supervising the manufacturing processes in CNC and VMC Machine, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner. Diagnosing problems in the production line in CNC and VMC Machine and providing recommendations and training. Establishing safety procedures and protocols that take the workers' well-being. Keeping abreast of advancements in engineering and production, and sharing knowledge with co-workers. Identifying, documenting, and reporting unsafe practices. Drawing up production schedules in CNC and VMC Machine. Scheduling meetings with relevant departments

CNC & VMC Production Requirements:

Any degree preferable. Superb analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Ability to make decisions under pressure.
