Work Experience:


2+ yrs


Minimum 2 years experience in CNC setup and operation, focusing on high-precision machining.


Mandatory experience with 3-axis CNC machines.


Salary:


Upto 35K per month + Over Time Pay




Skills/Responsibilities:




- Setup & Operation: - Set up and operate 3-axis CNC machines, ensuring optimal machine performance and adherence to design specifications.




Prepare tools, fixtures, and materials required for machining operations.


Precision Machining:


Machine high-precision customized parts based on technical drawings and specifications.


Conduct inspections to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality.


GD&T Interpretation:


Interpret and work with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) as per engineering drawings.


Quality Assurance:


Inspect completed parts using precision measuring instruments (e.g., micrometres, callipers, CMM) to ensure adherence to tight tolerances.


Document and report any discrepancies or issues.


Maintenance:


Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machines.


Collaboration:


Coordinate with the engineering team to resolve machining challenges and optimize processes.
