Responsibilities

Machine Setup

: Setting up CNC turning machines by installing and adjusting tools, fixtures, and materials.

Programming:

Writing and editing CNC programs to ensure accurate machining of parts.

Operation:

Operating the CNC turning machines, monitoring the machining process, and making adjustments as needed.

Quality Control:

Inspecting finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.

Maintenance:

Performing routine maintenance on machines to ensure they operate efficiently.

Troubleshooting:

Identifying and resolving issues with the machines or machining process.

Experience:

Previous experience in CNC setting and turning machine operations .

Skills:

Proficiency in CNC programming and tool setting.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
