Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled

CNC Service Engineer

with a mechanical background and hands?on experience in

SPM (Special Purpose Machines) and CNC machine maintenance

. The candidate will be responsible for installation, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and servicing of CNC machines to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Perform

installation, commissioning, and servicing

of CNC machines and SPM equipment. Carry out

preventive and corrective maintenance

to minimize downtime. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues. Coordinate with clients for on?site service support and technical assistance. Maintain service records, reports, and documentation. Ensure compliance with

safety standards and operational protocols

. Provide technical training and guidance to operators and maintenance staff. Collaborate with design and production teams for continuous improvement.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of

CNC machines, SPM equipment, and mechanical systems

. Hands?on experience in

maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting

. Ability to read and interpret

technical drawings and manuals

. Proficiency in

hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems

. Good communication and client handling skills. Problem?solving mindset with attention to detail. Willingness to travel for on?site service support.
