Job Description

:

We are seeking a

skilled CNC Router Machine Operator

to operate and maintain CNC routing machines for acrylic, MDF, aluminum composite panels (ACP), PVC, and other signage and fabrication materials. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience, technical understanding, and strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate

CNC Router machine

for cutting, engraving, and shaping materials Read and understand

CAD / CNC files

(DXF, DWG, AI, etc.) Set up machine tools, materials, and cutting parameters Perform

accurate cutting, engraving, and drilling

as per drawings Ensure

quality control

and dimensional accuracy of finished parts Routine

machine maintenance

, cleaning, and troubleshooting Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams Follow

safety procedures

and company production standards Maintain daily

production records

and material usage

Requirements & Skills:

Proven experience as a

CNC Router Operator

Knowledge of materials:

Acrylic, MDF, ACP, PVC, Aluminum

Basic understanding of

CAD software

and CNC programming Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines Attention to detail and quality workmanship Experience in

signage / advertising / fabrication industry

preferred Knowledge of tools, bits, feeds, and speeds is an advantage
