Job Responsibilities:
Operate CNC router machines safely and efficiently
Read and interpret:
Engineering drawings
CAD/CAM files
Basic knowledge of CNC controls and G-code
Setup and alignment of workpieces and tools
Tool selection, tool change, and zero setting
Knowledge of cutting speeds, feeds, and tool paths
Perform basic machine troubleshooting
Measure and inspect parts using calipers and gauges
Qualifications & Experience:
ITI or Diploma or Technical training in CNC operations with a minimum of 3 to 5 years hands-on experience operating CNC router machines. Experience with wood, MDF, acrylic, aluminium, or composite materials (as applicable)
Compensation & Job Details:
Salary: ₹16,000 - ?20,000 per month
